Job Description

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and expanding the company’s online sales operations. This role requires a strategic and data-driven professional who can manage digital platforms, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, website, etc.)
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions
  • Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and analytics
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and online campaigns
  • Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for inventory and fulfillment
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and timely order processing
  • Prepare sales and performance reports for management
