Position Overview
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and expanding the company's online sales operations. This role requires a strategic and data-driven professional who can manage digital platforms, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, website, etc.)
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions
Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and analytics
Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and online campaigns
Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for inventory and fulfillment
Ensure excellent customer experience and timely order processing
Prepare sales and performance reports for management
