Job Purpose
- The Growth Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the company's business. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that drive new customer acquisition, increase customer retention, and boost revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as experience in data analysis and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Set and manage sales targets, budgets, and KPIs for the entire sales department.
- Recruit, train, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success, accountability, and collaboration.
- Manage Sales Managers, Account Executives, and other sales staff, setting clear goals and conducting regular performance reviews.
