Lead and grow the company's e-commerce channels

  • Drive sales performance across brand website, marketplaces and affiliate/partner platforms.
  • Optimize conversion funnels, merchandising strategy and user experience to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure channel profitability through margin management, pricing strategy and promotional optimization.

Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies

  • Design annual and quarterly e-commerce plans including campaign calendars, traffic acquisition tactics and shopper activation initiatives.
  • Implement CRM and retention tactics (email, remarketing, loyalty programs) to grow customer lifetime value.
  • Monitor competition, trends and consumer insights to adjust strategies and maintain market leadership.
