Salary:RM3000-RM3500 per month, get up to 1.2% additional commission per monthly

Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic E-commerce Live Host for a full-time on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. The E-commerce Live Host will be responsible for live streaming sessions, engaging with viewers, showcasing products, answering customer queries in real-time, and driving sales through compelling presentations. This role will also involve coordinating with the marketing team to strategize live content and participating in training sessions to stay updated on product features and best practices.

Job Task

• Drive sales and viewer engagement during each live streaming session.
• Monitor real-time KPIs during live sessions: viewers, CTR, add-to-cart, conversion, GMV, etc.
