E-Commerce Lead

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, inventory planning, and channel expansion.
  • Manage marketplace operations, pricing, promotions, and account health.
  • Optimize advertising, conversions, and performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, margins).
  • Build partnerships and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Analyze business performance and provide strategic insights.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Growth, or Digital Commerce.
  • Proven experience managing multiple marketplaces and categories end-to-end.
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, advertising platforms, and catalog management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
