  • Drive the E-Commerce Strategic Framework
  • Define and implement a cohesive e-commerce vision in collaboration with divisions and CDMO, establishing clear guidelines customized per country and customer.
  • Act as the primary commerce liaison between divisional teams and the Zone/Global offices, spotlighting local best practices and driving early-adopter initiatives.
  • Cultivate and nurture the internal e-commerce community, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and data-driven decision-making among digital teams.
