E-Commerce Intern

Description

• Respond to store chats and assist in addressing customer inquiries
• Monitor and manage product reviews
• Encode product, sales, and inventory data into internal systems
• Assist in the activation and maintenance of e-commerce platform tools (e.g., promotions, vouchers, etc.)
• Support the team in updating product listings and store content
• Help track and report performance metrics
• Perform other related administrative tasks as needed

• Available to work 30-40 hours per week

• Internship required by the University

• Minimum internship duration of 3-4 months or 300 hours and above
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is a plus
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc...
