Enhance fraud detection at Canadian Tire as an E-Commerce Fraud Analyst. Analyze risk, support process improvements, and collaborate with teams to elevate fraud strategy effectiveness.
Reporting to the Manager of E-Commerce Fraud Strategy, you will analyze high-risk orders and chargebacks to improve our fraud posture. This role involves extensive collaboration with customer service, product development, and investigations to gain insights into fraud trends and mitigate risks. You will influence strategy through data analysis and operational improvements in the dynamic CMBO division.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze high-risk E-Commerce orders for fraud trends
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis on large data sets
• Forecast cancellations and chargeback levels
• Manage E-Commerce fraud inquiries and incidents
• Support fraudulent detection for Triangle Rewards program
