E-commerce Executive

Job Details:

Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore (On-site)

Timings: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management: Manage and process daily website orders end-to-end via Shopify.

Customer Excellence: Handle queries, confirmations, and complaints professionally through WhatsApp and other online channels.

Workflow Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen, operations, and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch.

Data Accuracy: Maintain and update order logs and inventory levels on the Shopify dashboard.

Retention: Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing a seamless shopping experience.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Proven track record as an E-Commerce Executive or in a similar role. 2-3 Year experience Required.
