Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, conceptualise, and execute commercial and marketing campaigns across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage and optimise product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional mechanics to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Integrate e-commerce execution with branding strategies to identify and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Conduct basic data and competitive analysis on key e-commerce performance metrics to improve business performance.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
  • Prepare monthly, campaign, and performance reports, including data analysis and presentations.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure updated visuals, copywriting, and campaign assets are in place.
