Job Title – E-commerce Executive – Quick Commerce & Marketplace Working days and timings - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (2nd & 4th Saturday off) Location – Ahmedabad HO Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory Planning & Coordination Plan and maintain optimum inventory levels across Mother Warehouse, 3PL facilities, and Marketplace FCs. Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely replenishment of fast-moving SKUs. Monitor ageing inventory, slow-moving stock, and notify the team for liquidation/discount planning. Forecast weekly & monthly inventory requirements based on sales trends, seasonality, and promotions. Ensure accuracy of inventory in Uniware/OMS vs Marketplace portals. 2. Marketplace Operations & Coordination Act as the single point of contact for marketplace category/account managers. Coordinate issues related to: Order cancellations Order delays Returns/RTO/Non-delivery ASN/GRN discrepancies Ensure daily resolution of marketplace operational tickets.
