Job Description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Designer who combines strong digital design skills with a deep understanding of branding, marketing performance, and conversion-focused UX. The ideal candidate can build and maintain complete brand identities, create high-performing marketing creatives, and design page layouts that not only look great but convert.

You should be versatile, proactive, and comfortable working across a wide range of design tasks, from brand identities to landing pages, from paid ads to UGC-style content variations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in owning the full design cycle from concept to polished execution.

Location: Remote

Engagement: Part-Time (20 hrs/week) → Potential to scale to Full-Time

Schedule: Flexible, with overlap in CET

Monthly Budget: $900 (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on level of experience)
