Customer Success & Operations Coordinator (E-Commerce) – Remote
We are an e-commerce company serving customers in North America & Europe, looking for a detail-oriented Customer Success & Operations Coordinator based in the Phillipines.
This role blends customer service with light operations and requires someone organized, reliable, and proactive.
Responsibilities
• Email/chat customer support + occasional phone calls
• Handling refunds, replacements, order issues
• Communicating with suppliers/warehouses
• Creating & improving SOPs and internal workflows
• Collecting customer reviews, photos, and video content (UGC)
• Setting simple retention follow-ups (post-purchase, win-backs)
• Reporting recurring issues & insights
Requirements
• Strong English (spoken & written)
• Experience in e-commerce customer service
• Comfortable calling customers
