  • Process Returns: Review, approve, or decline return and refund requests based on company policy.
  • Inspect Inventory: Check returned items for damage, wear, or missing tags before restocking.
  • Customer Care: Answer customer inquiries regarding order status, sizing, and return policies via email or chat.
  • Platform Management: Navigate and update store backends (e.g., Shopify, Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee) to log refunds and exchanges.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and report recurring product defects, or shipping issues to management.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly reports on returns, status, resolutions made, nature and volume.

Qualifications

  • Must be graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related course.
