In this role, you are the digital face and voice of Decathlon. You will bridge the gap between our e-commerce operations, logistics center, and retail stores, ensuring that our online shoppers receive the exact same incredible experience as they would walking into one of our physical branches. What You Will Do
Digital Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for our online shoppers. Handle inquiries via live chat, social media, email, and phone with a helpful, energetic, and professional attitude.
