Job Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic E-commerce Customer Operations Specialist to support our customer service and content management efforts in the e-commerce space. In this role, you’ll be managing customer inquiries, content updates, and backend operations using Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgeous, and AI tools. If you’re proactive, organized, and enjoy optimizing systems to enhance customer experience, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support, handling inquiries, returns, and exchanges via email and chat
- Update product content, including descriptions, images, and banners on the e-commerce site
- Work with internal teams to implement automation tools and streamline processes
- Monitor and report on operational performance using KPIs and data analysis
