E-commerce CRO

We are looking for a hands-on Shopify CRO specialist who will personally implement and execute website changes for a growing supplement brand.
Important:
This is not a strategist role.
This is not just giving recommendations.
You must be able to make the changes yourself.
We've already completed a full CRO audit. Now we need someone who can turn that into real improvements on the site.
What You'll Do
- Implement CRO changes directly on the website (Shopify / WooCommerce)
- Redesign and optimize product pages
- Improve homepage structure and offer positioning
- Optimize bundles and upsells
- Improve checkout experience
- Add urgency, trust signals, social proof elements
- Set up and run A/B tests
- Identify friction in ATC → Checkout → Purchase flow
- Work closely with paid media team to align landing experience with ads
