Overview

The E-commerce Content Coordinator is a core member of the Residential Web team, responsible for the operational maintenance, integrity, and daily execution of content across our digital channels. This role serves as the primary power-user of the CMS and is essential for ensuring that all published content, landing pages, and promotional assets are accurate, on-brand, and optimized for customer experience (CX) and search performance. This role reports into the Director, Digital Experience & Ecommerce.

Hybrid Work Environment

Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities. This role is a hybrid position.
