Role summary

Support daily E commerce Photography operations and auction‑listing workflows. Entry‑level; training provided.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Content & Listing: Prepare auction catalog content and upload listings with photos to the Company platform and social media.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with planning and posting on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email campaigns to promote upcoming auctions.
  • Photography & Design: Produce clear product photos and basic graphics for auction previews, highlights, and marketing materials.
  • Bidder Engagement: Respond to bidder enquiries online, support live auctions, and follow up with interested collectors.
  • Data & Reporting: Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and maintain the customer and item database.
  • Operations Support: Coordinate with the operations team on item intake, invoicing, and post-auction logistics as needed.
