About Us
We are a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce company located in Texas operating primarily on:
- Amazon (Wholesale FBA model)
- eBay
- Walmart Marketplace (early-stage but growing)
We operate a real inventory-based wholesale model, including bulk purchasing, freight, storage, and multi-channel fulfillment. We are scaling warehouse operations and marketplace volume and are looking for a reliable long-term bookkeeping partner with strong e-commerce accounting experience.
Current Systems
- Amazon Seller Central
- eBay Seller Hub
- Walmart Marketplace
- QuickBooks Online
- Sellerboard (used for COGS tracking and inventory analytics)
- Currently using A2X, transitioning to Link My Books
COGS is currently derived from Sellerboard and not manually recreated inside QuickBooks (open to best-practice recommendations).
