Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own category strategy and execution across the companys D2C offerings (Puja Kits, Spiritual Products, Temple Offerings, etc.)
- Manage the Shopify website end-to-end including product uploads, collections, banners, SEO, plugins, and checkout flows.
- Collaborate with design and tech teams to improve UX, performance, and mobile optimization.
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies: pricing, offers, bundles, and inventory management.
- Track and optimize funnel metrics: sessions, conversions, bounce rates, and repeat purchases.
- Work with logistics and ops teams to streamline order fulfillment, returns, and SLA adherence.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, performance marketing, and CRM activities.
What We re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in D2C, category management, or e-commerce roles.
