JOB SUMMARY:

The E-Commerce Associate to support daily online operations, including product management, order processing, customer assistance, and basic reporting. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate listings, smooth order flow, and a positive customer experience across our digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and data entry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the e-commerce domain.
