We are hiring an E-commerce Associate to manage assigned digital store accounts and support continuous sales operations. This role ensures accurate listings, timely campaign execution, and consistent customer experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day account management for online selling platforms
• Maintain product data, pricing, and inventory alignment
• Coordinate order fulfillment and customer-related concerns
• Monitor account health and seller performance ratings
• Assist in campaign planning and execution

Qualifications

• Experience handling online marketplace accounts preferred
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Strong coordination and follow-through skills
