Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Associate to support the daily operations of our online selling platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and website). This role focuses on platform maintenance, campaign execution, order monitoring, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily management of e-commerce platforms
  • Upload and update product listings, pricing, and promotions
  • Monitor orders, inventory levels, and fulfillment status
  • Support implementation of online campaigns and marketplace activities
  • Track basic sales performance and prepare monitoring reports
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Finance teams
  • Handle basic platform concerns such as disputes, reviews, and order issues
