E-Commerce Assistant/Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring online promotional campaigns, including mega sales, brand campaigns, and regular promotions.
• Support product uploads and listing updates, including images, pricing, inventory, and product content for new launches and campaigns.
• Manage daily E-Commerce operations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and smooth campaign execution.
• Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage customer service activities by responding to inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely manner across all platforms.
• Assist in basic performance tracking and reporting to support continuous improvement of e-commerce operations.
