Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Assistant is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processing and fulfillment of online customer orders. This role involves coordinating with various teams such as warehouse, inventory, customer service, and logistics to guarantee a seamless order fulfillment process from purchase to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management

  • Monitor and process incoming e-commerce orders daily.
  • Verify order accuracy, availability of inventory, and shipping information.
  • Flag and resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly.

2. Fulfillment Coordination

  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders.
  • Ensure packaging complies with brand standards and customer requirements.
  • Track shipment status and update order records accordingly.
