Job Description
We're looking for an experienced E-Commerce Ads Manager who knows how to build, optimize, and scale profitable ad campaigns — and who can lead the strategy behind high-converting creatives.
We have several clients, and you would earn for each client that you take on - so the earning potential is high for this job.
This is not a beginner role. We need someone who deeply understands performance marketing — from creative testing frameworks to scaling winning campaigns without destroying ROAS.
You will own the paid media strategy, including the creative direction.
You will not need to design or edit ads — we have an in-house creative team that will execute your vision. But you must be able to clearly define:
Angles
Hooks
Messaging
Offer positioning
Testing roadmap
Iteration strategy based on performance data
