E-Commerce Admin

About the Role

We are hiring an E-commerce Operations Admin to support our daily online sales operations and aftersales processes. This is a hands-on operational role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling day-to-day e-commerce tasks.

You will work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and good customer experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities E-commerce Operations

• Process and manage daily orders from Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on delays or delivery issues
• Support order processing during campaigns and peak sales periods

Customer Service & Aftersales

• Respond to customer enquiries via Lazada/Shopee chat and WhatsApp
