Job Summary
The E-Commerce Admin Assistant is responsible for accurately encoding and processing online transactions in the company's ERP system. The role supports daily e-commerce operations across multiple online platforms and ensures proper documentation, data accuracy, and timely coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Encode and process online sales transactions accurately in the ERP system.
- Monitor and update order details from e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
- Ensure correctness of product information, pricing, inventory, and customer data in the system.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams regarding order fulfillment and documentation.
- Generate basic reports related to online sales and transactions as needed.
