Job Description

Purpose of the position:

The Customer Acquisition Manager will play a key role in defining the strategy, optimization and management of the traffic acquisition efforts for wizzair.com and Wizz Air mobile app. She/he will be responsible for generating incremental traffic from core and new countries where Wizz Air operates. The Customer Acquisition Manager will report to the Head of Ecommerce within the Commercial organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, plan and implement a traffic acquisition strategy with specific focus on organic, paid and referral traffic.
  • Identify key traffic acquisition KPIs and metrics and find opportunities of growth.
  • Monitor and manage traffic performance, implementing improvement actions as needed.
  • Design traffic plans to achieve growth goals and address localized marketing challenges across multiple countries in oftentimes highly ambiguous circumstances.
