Job Description

Responsibilities

:

  • Support day-to-day management to ensure KAFKAS B2C, B2B eshop /eshops is operational and continually optimized
  • Close collaboration with the e-business team, IT, vendors, sales and product managers and customer care to investigate customer needs
  • Supervise website behavior and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to the season
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams to align ecommerce strategies with overall business goals
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to drive traffic and sales
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience of the site
  • Monitor competitor analysis (domestic and foreign) and share insights and recommendations that could provide improved performance
  • Perform User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and provide feedback
