Responsibilities
:
Support day-to-day management to ensure KAFKAS B2C, B2B eshop /eshops is operational and continually optimized Close collaboration with the e-business team, IT, vendors, sales and product managers and customer care to investigate customer needs Supervise website behavior and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to the season Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams to align ecommerce strategies with overall business goals Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to drive traffic and sales Coordinate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience of the site Monitor competitor analysis (domestic and foreign) and share insights and recommendations that could provide improved performance Perform User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and provide feedback
