Job Description

We are hiring a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant for a 2–3 month contract to implement AI Copilot chatbot agents within Dynamics 365 Customer Service queues.

The role focuses on integrating Copilot Studio with Dynamics 365, designing queue workflows and reporting, and supporting testing and rollout to production. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into a practical, scalable system.

This is a hands‐on delivery role requiring strong Dynamics 365 experience and confidence driving implementation through to go‐live.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with Navi business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into CRM solution requirements.

Solution Architecture & Design: Design scalable Dynamics 365 solutions, including workflows, business rules, and integrations, aligned with Navi objectives.
