Job Description
Supports MS Dynamics 365 Business Central with user issue resolution, system maintenance, problem diagnosis, documentation, training, environment administration, integrations, collaboration with stakeholders, and system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical support for MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, addressing user issues and ensuring system functionality.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance to keep the system running smoothly.
- Identify, diagnose and resolve technical problems, including performing root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and use of Business Central
