Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of D365 modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Central.
• Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis with stakeholders.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD) and solution blueprints.
• Support system configuration, data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
