Job Summary

The D365 CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements. This role focuses on extending Dynamics 365 functionality through configuration, custom development, integrations, and automation while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications
  • Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and dashboards
  • Design and implement plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows
  • Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and web resources
  • Build and maintain integrations using Dataverse, APIs, and Azure services
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
