Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Architect

We are looking for a passionate and personable D365 Customer Engagement Functional Architect for our Data & Dynamics Team to design, architect and implement solutions with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). You will work directly with sales and delivery leaders to support solution direction and quotes.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and internal stakeholders, including clients, business analysts, developers, and other architects, to define customer solutions that exceed business requirements.
• Design and implement D365 CE solutions to solve client requirements and challenges.
• Provide pre‑sales technical assistance, demonstrations, and product education as required.
• Meet with clients to determine needs and identify problem areas.
