Location: Remote

The Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Architect is responsible for defining the end-to end solution architecture across Dynamics CRM capabilities including Field Service, Case Management, Customer Engagement, and Power Pages , ensuring alignment between business requirements, system design, and technical implementation. This role provides architectural leadership across functional, technical, integration, and data domains to enable scalable, secure, and supportable solutions

Must Have Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics )
  • B.A./ B.SC/ in Computer Science/Information Systems or relevant discipline
  • 7-10 years of consulting or relevant work experience
  • Dynamics CE: Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics for Sales and Customer Service modules.
