Job Description

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Dynamics 365 Sales topics.
  • Capture, analyze, and document business requirements related to sales processes (lead & opportunity management, account/contact handling, pipeline reporting, etc.).
  • Support the design and optimization of sales processes within Dynamics 365 Sales.
  • Contribute to the configuration and testing of solutions, working with internal/external implementation teams.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support Customer Insights Journeys use cases and data alignment.
  • Prepare and conduct user workshops, trainings, and testing sessions.
  • Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
  • Monitor CRM usage, gather feedback, and support continuous improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with CRM governance and data quality standards.
