Job Description
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Dynamics 365 Sales topics.Capture, analyze, and document business requirements related to sales processes (lead & opportunity management, account/contact handling, pipeline reporting, etc.).Support the design and optimization of sales processes within Dynamics 365 Sales.Contribute to the configuration and testing of solutions, working with internal/external implementation teams.Collaborate with the Marketing team to support Customer Insights Journeys use cases and data alignment.Prepare and conduct user workshops, trainings, and testing sessions.Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications.Monitor CRM usage, gather feedback, and support continuous improvements.Ensure alignment with CRM governance and data quality standards.Motivizer Benefits Platform...
