The CAPE is on the hunt for a dedicated Education Officer to spearhead the training programs for its members. This enriching one-year contractual position calls for a graduate degree and 4 to 7 years of experience in union training development. Engagement with CAPE’s NEC and external partners will be key to enhancing educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative educational training programs
• Oversee training requests and manage union training delivery
• Design training focused on effective governance for CAPE’s NEC
