  • Overall 8+ years’ experience in implementing MS CRM applications, must have experience of 3+ end to end CRM implementations.
  • Must have lead the design and development of Dynamics CRM modules and lead a project team.
  • Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM.
  • Hands‑on experience working with D365 Customer Service module.
  • Extensive knowledge in architecting, designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with D365 CRM integrations (.net/c#/etc.).
  • Must have hands‑on experience on Power Platform - power portal, power pages, power apps, power automate.
  • Experience working with Azure services.
