Dynamic Classroom Cover Supervisor (Term-Time)

FUTURE SCHOOLS TRUST is seeking a Cover Supervisor at Cornwallis Academy to positively impact student learning. The role involves supervising classes in the absence of teachers, covering all subjects as needed, and ensuring students' adherence to the Behaviour Management Policy.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong classroom management, effective communication with young people, and the ability to contribute cooperatively to a team. This is a full-time role during term time, comprising 32.5 hours per week.
