ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 1. Design and implement complex technical solutions within Adobe Campaign (v8), including custom schema development, API configurations and data mapping
2. Build and maintain custom Web Forms and specialized technical workflows to automate data ingestion and export

3. Develop and manage integrations between Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and external Samsung data sources via SOAP/REST APIs

4. Perform regular system health checks, identifying bottlenecks in technical workflows and optimizing the underlying data model
5. Act as the final point of escalation for complex technical failures, bugs, or data discrepancies within the Adobe Campaign environment
