  • Connect with the member for API integration.
  • Hand hold in the development and connectivity.
  • Manage the LINC relationship managers of the member for any issue related to APIs.
  • Plays a key part in delivering good customer experience during the integration.
  • Enhance process capabilities through friction free onboarding and servicing experience.
  • Enhance the team capability to deliver more of the repeated work.
  • Think innovatively to reduce the TAT for on-boarding.

    • Qualifications and Skills
  • Graduate in BE / MBA from a reputed college / university
  • 6-8 years of extensive experience of managing a team of + team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Excellent client handling skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Good in Vendor management
