The Opportunity

Join Monash Sport as a Duty Supervisor and play a key role in delivering exceptional sport and aquatic experiences for our diverse community. In this hands-on position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, support the delivery of high-quality programs and services, and help ensure a safe, welcoming and professionally managed environment for students, staff, members and visitors.

This position will be responsible for supervising daily facility operations across aquatic, indoor and outdoor sport venues, ensuring services are delivered to established standards and operational requirements.
