Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

✅ Ensure team members complete training and hold valid SIA licences.

✅ Manage staff rosters, leave, sickness, and absences.

✅ Support, coach, and monitor Security Officers.

✅ Maintain professional standards and conduct.

✅ Recognise and reward team achievements.

✅ Report incidents in line with procedures.

✅ Work with management to improve service delivery.

✅ Deliver and review operational and emergency training.

✅ Monitor and report equipment faults.

✅ Maintain proficiency in:

  • Access Control
  • CCTV
  • Detection Systems
  • Alarm Systems

✅ Participate in company training.

✅ Act as the first point of contact for security issues and escalate when required.
