Duty Manager - Trainee

What will you be doing?

In this internship, you will deal with a large span of control and responsibility. You maintain good contact with all departments to quickly respond when there are issues. You are, after all, the point of contact for all guests. When someone has a question, complaint, or problem, you know how to answer or resolve it effectively.
