Duty Manager - SpringHill Hotel

The newly refurbished SpringHill Hotel is now actively recruiting for an Experienced Duty Manager to join our growing team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supporting department teams, maintaining operational standards and acting as the main point of contact for our guests. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will:

• To be considered for this role you must be eligible to work in Ireland.
• You must have previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a Senior Hospitality Role.
• You will have to be fully flexible to work a range of shifts including Mornings, Evenings, Weekends and Public Holidays.
