Duty Manager

We are recruiting a Duty Manager to join our team in the Marqette.

The new colleague will work alongside amazing Senior Duty Managers that have colleague growth & training at the heart of what they do.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 1 years previous experience as a manager or similar
• Have an outgoing and friendly personality
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be a born people person and leader
• Be proficient in written and spoken English
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work well under pressure

General duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Training and development of staff
• Managing the day to day operations of the Food Hall
• Administration, cash controls and implementation of all HACCP and any other required training
