Job Description
Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:
- Post matric hotel school qualification
- +3 years experience in a 5-star hotel or similar environment
- Computer literacy including working Opera Cloud Knowledge
- Previous leadership role advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of English proficiency
- Ability to plan and implement strategic initiatives
- Ability to train and develop a team
- Be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic
- Be a team player, with a positive attitude
- Able to work shifts as well as under pressure
- Own transport preferable
